I was reading this article on Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana and how he sort of messed up the Republican Response to President Obama's State of the Union speech. Its an interesting perspective on second generation Americans. I think I agree with the premise that Bobby Jindal is "weird" not because people are racist (although I think there are some who probably don't like him cause of his race), but because he has not sorted out his own issues with his race--this being especially hard since he is a Republican.
